The spacious terrace with barbecue, the very large garden and a private pool invite you to relax, sunbathe and enjoy. From mid-February, the pool can be heated on request, offering additional comfort even in the cooler months. The use of the pool heating can be booked separately. Several seating and lounging areas provide sunny as well as shady retreats throughout the day.

New, high-quality beds ensure a good night's sleep:
In the master bedroom there is a 1.80 m wide box spring bed with two different degrees of hardness, ideal for individual sleeping needs.
The second bedroom is furnished with two separate single beds (90 cm each) – perfect for friends, children or flexible sleeping arrangements.

The house has two bedrooms and a well thought-out bathroom layout:
Upstairs there is a shower and toilet, downstairs there is a separate toilet – practical and comfortable, even when fully occupied.

Inside, the house combines traditional natural stone elements with a warm, homely atmosphere. The large, fully equipped kitchen as well as the cozy living area with pellet stove invite you to linger, especially on cooler evenings. Two secure private parking spaces are available directly on the premises.

The lovingly landscaped garden offers plenty of space to relax. Herbs and selected fruits may be used to a limited extent, in the spirit of respectful treatment of nature and the environment.

Located in a very quiet area with lots of space and nature. Within a few minutes' drive you can reach the sandy beach of Calheta and the picturesque coastal town of Jardim do Mar.
In the wider area, construction is occasionally carried out, depending on the wind, this can occasionally be audible. Overall, tranquility, openness and a relaxed, rural ambience prevail – ideal for guests seeking relaxation, privacy and authentic Madeira.

Estreito da Calheta is one of the most pleasant residential and holiday regions in the sunny southwest of Madeira. The village is slightly elevated above the coast, nestled in green hills and traditional terraced landscapes.
